The Project - ISHIP

Ibom Solutions Hub Industrial Park (ISHIP) is a project of Ibom Solutions Hub Limited, an incorporated joint venture between NNPC Limited, Solutions Hub Limited, and Akwa Ibom State Government (the Partners). The Partners were driven by the following challenges: • Industrialization is not easily possible without international FDI taking advantage of national resource conversion scheme like conversion of gas to tradable liquid or wood to exportable product. • Institutional Investors will not come if there is no protection from regular regulatory environment in Nigeria. • Internal Infrastructures necessary for industrialization like power plant, water, road, etc., are better built with anchor customers in an Industrial park and/or free trade zone, and host state need met as additional to the zone needs..
